The course is not too bad but needs a lot of work to get it into decent condition.

Just a good place for golfing and or family fun
Everything was ok. I did a walk through video before I decorated, and there were some flaws already on the walls and all. But the space was nice. We spent about 1 & a half hours getting it cleaned or as clean as we could with what we were given. Nice for a party but I wouldn't rent it for just a birthday party again, and I don't recommend this location for a child's party or any gathering/party with a lot of children, the grounds are off limits and I myself had trouble keeping some preteens indoors and of course younger kids wanted to go out and play. I would definitely rent this space again for an adults only gathering though.
